About ATTA

The Albemarle Truth in Taxation Alliance was formed in 2007 in response to the dramatically increasing property tax burdens felt by many county residents. Founded by Keith Drake and Christian Schoenewald, the organization has multiple board members, a dedicated research director who leads ATTA's Budget Watch Committee, and many volunteers and members who donate their time.
